A cash rebate on qualifying spend in Jordan, tiered by budget, with an additional uplift available on a cultural relevance test. Open to features, series, commercials, documentaries, television and music videos.

Eligibility

Applications must be submitted before filming begins, by the local production services company. Jordanian films and series spending above USD 500,000 qualify at 30%.

Conditions

Tiers by eligible spend: USD 250,000-1,000,000 at 25%; 1,000,000-10,000,000 at 30%; above 10,000,000 at 35-45%. The portion above 35% requires at least 70 of 120 points on a cultural relevance test, scoring from +2% at 70-79 points to +10% at 110-120. Up to 15% on post-production performed in Jordan. A 10% advance, capped at USD 100,000, is available against a stand-by bank guarantee. Paid within 150 days of submitting audited reports.
